Covid-19 Safety


  • All team members and guests are required to wear masks.
  • Please come to your appointment alone. Additional guests or children must remain outside the building to maintain social distancing.
  • Our waiting areas are temporarily closed. Please call us when you arrive, and we’ll let you know when your service provider is ready for you.
  • We will check everyone’s temperature at the door. No one with a fever may enter the building.
  • We will greet you verbally rather than with a hug or handshake.
  • Please sanitize hands upon entry.
  • We will not be offering beverages, hot towels, hand massages, or finishing touches at this time.
  • We have installed plexiglass barriers where we cannot practice social distancing.
  • Please book appointments online when possible.
  • Please adhere to 6ft social distancing guidelines while in the retail area & checking out.
  • If you are feeling ill or caring for someone sick, please call, and we will be happy to help you reschedule your appointment with no rescheduling fees.
  • Prior to opening both our locations were sanitized by a Covid-certified company. Additional cleaning & sanitation measures have been added to our routines throughout the day.
  • We appreciate your patience as our staff navigates what our new normal looks like. Our number one goal is to provide safety, sanitation, and wellness to all of our guests and team members.
